Bob Saget’s fractures possibly caused by fall on carpeted floor but no 'definitive conclusion' on fatal injury

According to a new report released on Tuesday, Saget had a fracture near the base of his skull that the autopsy report said was consistent with evidence suggesting he had bleeding around the brain.
