Olympian-Backed Yokefellows Athletics Will Host a Four-Day Speed Training Drop-in Program in August

Yokefellows Athletics, a proven speed training program, is hosting a four-day training session in August. The company specializes in sprint coaching at a foundational and fundamental level. This program is designed to be the core component for youth athlete’s development. The core training part of the program was created by Angela Bailey, a former Olympic athlete.

A Christian-based mindset, we at Yokefellows Athletics search global communities for naturally gifted youth sprinters, allowing them to be seen by interested parties. We take away as many obstacles as possible because we understand, being an Olympian or developed sprint coach ourselves, that true speed is born outside of track clubs or organized sports”, says Donald Bailey Co-founder of Yokefellows Athletics.

This program is part of a recruiting stage, guided by typical age-appropriate time indicators or benchmarks for athletes to be able to discern their chances of success as an elite athlete. Through this program, the parent is given a chance to start on the right foot, show up and find out how naturally fast their child is. By entering Yokefellows Athletics’ sprint time database, parents of budding athletes will get access to track coaches. sports professionals’ and referrals.
