Fort Collins has landed a spot on NAR’s 10 markets expected to outperform over the next 3-5 years. This list is determined according to a number of factors, including domestic migration, housing affordability for new residents, consistent job growth relative to the national average, population age structure, attractiveness for retirees and home price appreciation, amongst other things. This is great news for people looking to move to Fort Collins as it shows that the area, which is frequently listed as one of the best places to live in the USA, is ripe for new homeowners.
