Venture Minerals Limited (ASX:VMS) managing director Andrew Radonjic brings Proactive up to speed on a farm-in agreement for the polymetallic Golden Grove North Project. Under the deal, fellow ASX-lister SensOre Ltd can earn up to 70% in all mineral rights — except for rare earths — by spending $4.5 million over two stages. Radonjic says Sensore’s AI technology provides exposure to a potential lithium and copper discovery while keeping the rare earths that are central to the Venture story.
