Highfield Resources Ltd (ASX:HFR) CEO Ignacio Salazar speaks to Proactive after securing the final construction licence necessary to proceed with building "the bulk of" the company's flagship Muga Potash Mine in Spain. Salazar says that the granting of the licence represents a "very very important milestone" in the life of the project.
