The Heart of Miss Bee is a free guided grief journal program for individuals who have experienced a traumatic loss and have limited access and exposure to grief journals.
It is inspiring to see an entrepreneur and author using their platform to comfort and aid individuals who have experienced a traumatic loss.
Kinyatta E. Gray is the Founder & CEO of FlightsInStilettos® and a bestselling author from the Washington, D.C. area. In 2018, Gray experienced a traumatic loss when her beloved mother died suddenly and unexpectedly. As a result, Gray decided to honor her mother's legacy by becoming a published author. Moreover, Gray is passionate about the benefits of journaling and understands firsthand how awareness of the benefits of journaling, providing access to journals, and comprehensive mental health treatment are all critical elements to helping one process and cope with their grief.
