As an exceptional leader, she has worked with clinical and operational professionals to drive success across the U.S. and internationally. Her tremendous level of knowledge and professional expertise makes her a great fit to lead the charge of Lap of Love's mission and values.

Christensen comes to Lap of Love with more than 25 years of operational and managerial experience. She held executive leadership positions with Results Physiotherapy and Mars Petcare, where she served more than seven years in the veterinary industry. Prior to Mars Petcare, Christensen held several senior leadership positions at Starbucks, including Director of Business Operations and as Chief Operating Officer of Starbucks Coffee South Korea. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Operations for 24 Hour Fitness.
