Originally from Michigan but now a longtime Columbus resident, Tyler joined the Slalom team after years of traveling the globe with another large consulting firm. With Slalom, he found the opportunity to put down professional roots in Ohio—including building a fit-for-purpose Slalom Ohio team—and engage with local business leaders.
“With that local connection, my colleagues and I naturally feel more vested in our clients’ success,” he says. “Our teams are more motivated, our relationships feel less transactional, and that ultimately drives better outcomes and a higher level of customer satisfaction.”
