Set to start on March 2nd, 2024, the 6-month program is open to only 35 participants, to ensure each gets access to regular one-on-one mentoring, has the chance to host one-on-one breathwork sessions, and benefits from personalized feedback from the Institute’s expert coaches. Breathwork facilitator training is especially suitable for wellness practitioners ranging from hypnotherapists to yoga instructors, with the program also being open and adaptable to the needs of new facilitators of all backgrounds.
The program include 350 hours of instruction which will enable participants to lead both online and offline breathwork workshops. The core of the training is live instruction via Zoom calls, with participants also benefiting from pre-recorded video lessons to watch in preparation for each week’s live session. Live training sessions are scheduled three times a month.
