EaDo Fitness is Now Offering More CrossFit Class Times for Houston Residents Passionate about Healthy Lifestyles.

Houston, TX – CrossFit sounds intimidating, especially when a person has watched videos of strong and fit participants. Despite the notion that CrossFit is for experienced gym enthusiasts, it has workouts accessible to everyone of any fitness level because each exercise is modifiable by scaling it or adjusting the range of motion/load. Additionally, most CrossFit workouts change daily with different loads, exercise durations, tempos, and reps, so participants never get bored. CrossFit Classes at Eado Fitness consist of varied functional movements executed at a high intensity while keeping the environment fun and friendly. Compared to regular gyms with machines and isolation movements, a CrossFit class challenges all body parts to get clients into shape.

The fitness center is a supportive community led by a team of dedicated staff and coaches who strive to assist clients daily. They have created a positive, uplifting environment characterized by encouragement, empowerment, and a spirit of camaraderie. This atmosphere, combined with high expectations, helps clients stay strong, move with greater speed, and remain committed to CrossFit.

A CrossFit class involves heavy lifting, cardio, flexibility training, body control, and mobility work broken down into warm-up, strength, workout of the day, and cool-down sessions. During warm-up, clients prepare their bodies/muscles to receive oxygen for strength/skill, where they complete multiple sets of workouts with the maximum weight they can lift. Some of the workouts include deadlifts, double unders, power snatches, bent-over rows, handstand walking, dumbbell choppers, and many more.

The workout of the day (WOD) combines exercises that last for a set amount of time or until a client completes their reps. With so many WOD options available, the coaches at EaDo Fitness ensure clients don’t repeat the same exercise more than once for versatility and endurance. A CrossFit class ends with a cool-down or mobility session where clients stretch to prevent lactic acid from building up in the muscles.

CrossFit training optimizes cardiovascular endurance, lowering the risk of heart disease. It also has positive effects on mental and emotional health, allowing clients to gain mental grit by pushing themselves to new heights, which they can apply to other parts of their lives. While CrossFit classes focus on clients’ health and wellness, there’s an aspect of community and belonging that accompanies each session for like-minded people to lift each other and create long-term friendships.

The fitness center has introduced more CrossFit classes for Houston residents, offered Monday through Friday at 6 am, 10 am, 5 pm, and 6 pm, and on Saturdays at 9 am and 10 am. Those looking for an opportunity to become an instructor must have CrossFit experience and are required to have completed either the gym's 4-week or 6-week program or a private fundamentals course.

The CrossFit Gym in Houston features 20,000+ square feet of space, locker rooms, massive fans, current equipment, showers, ample parking spaces, and other convenient amenities. The coaches also offer personal training, body composition, yoga, nutrition services, weightlifting guidance, boot camps, and classes for kids.
