Enterprise Connect Debuts in Las Vegas with Record Energy, Sets Return for 2027

Industry Leaders Zoom, AWS and RingCentral Unveil Major AI and CX Announcements

Enterprise Connect, the leading conference for enterprise communications and customer experience, brought together thousands of business leaders, decision-makers and industry titans for its inaugural Las Vegas show at Caesars Forum. Refreshed and modernized in its new location, 160 speakers, more than 90 exhibitors and over 2,700 total registrants helped Enterprise Connect successfully debut its West Coast show, which charts the course for a return to Las Vegas March 23-25, 2027 at the MGM Grand.

Attendees explored the new venue with a dynamic three-day program featuring powerful keynote speakers, an expansive Expo Hall and more than 80 sessions across five progressive conference tracks taking deep dives into AI, AV/video, CX/contact centers, collaboration and unified communications and security, compliance and management.

“Moving Enterprise Connect marked a pivotal moment for the show and the Communications and CX communities we serve,” said Kara Shukas, Director, Events, Enterprise Connect. “Our Vegas debut drew more than 2,700 registrants, including 68 percent first-time participants and significantly stronger western region representation. We’re excited to build on that momentum when we return here in 2027.”

Keynotes
Emceed by Justin Robbins, founder and principal analyst of Metric Sherpa, the Keynote Stage provided a platform for major announcements from Enterprise Connect partners. Zoom introduced new workflow orchestration capabilities across Zoom Workplace, Zoom Phone, and Zoom CX; RingCentral debuted its new agentic consumer engagement tool, AirPro and AirPro Healthcare; Amazon Web Services explored the customer experience paradox and the business need to deliver higher quality, lower costs, all at greater scale; and Dialpad outlined its emerging agentic platform designed to empower enterprises.

As the featured keynote speaker, Futurist Heather E. McGowan offered a forward-looking perspective on how these rapid advancements in AI, automation and collaboration technologies are reshaping the future of work and human interaction across the enterprise.

Exclusive Conference Summits
Enterprise Connect’s exclusive summit series delivered focused, half-day deep dives into three of the most critical areas shaping enterprise communications today: AI, customer experience, and collaboration technology. The AI Acceleration—From Pilot to Pervasive Summit explored how organizations can move beyond experimentation to achieve real ROI and scale AI across the enterprise. Breakthrough Strategies for Your CX Revolution examined how AI, cloud migration, and intelligent automation are transforming modern contact centers and customer engagement. Meanwhile, Sight, Sound, Success: Mastering Collaboration/AV in the Evolving Workplace focused on modernizing collaboration infrastructure, optimizing meeting experiences, and supporting the demands of hybrid work environments.

Expo Hall
Featuring more than 90 sponsors and exhibitors, the industry’s leading solution providers debuted their latest innovations in enterprise communications, collaboration, and customer experience. Attendees explored hands-on demonstrations from AWS, Dialpad, RingCentral, Zoom, Five9, Genesys, Infobip, Miratech, NiCE, Salesforce, Spectrum,Vonage and more, all highlighting AI-powered communications solutions, next-generation contact center solutions, unified communications tools, and hybrid-work collaboration technologies designed to modernize enterprise infrastructure.
