As reliability, interconnection delays, and load volatility emerge as defining constraints for AI campuses, ON.energy is investing in leaders with firsthand experience deploying power systems that perform under real-world grid conditions.

Collectively, the expanded sales leadership team has supported the development and deployment of multiple gigawatts and gigawatt-hours of energy and critical power infrastructure across global markets.

  • Jaime Mayol, Senior Vice President of Sales, brings more than 25 years of experience in critical power and clean energy markets, including leadership as President of Optimal Power Solutions. He has supported over 50 million square feet of data center and mission-critical facility deployments, working closely with operators to define scalable, resilient power architectures.
  • Ismario Gonzalez, Senior Vice President of Sales Engineering, has more than 25 years of experience across the electrical and energy industries, with senior leadership roles at Siemens Energy, Fluence, and Powin. He has driven more than $3 billion in energy contracts, with expertise spanning energy storage, global sales operations, and strategic partnerships.
  • Eric McGaha, Vice President of Sales, brings deep experience in mission-critical power systems, most recently leading UPS sales and service operations at Toshiba. His background includes supporting customers who require dependable, flexible power solutions in increasingly constrained grid environments.

“AI data centers are exposing the limits of legacy power infrastructure,” said Dax Kepshire, President of ON.energy’s Data Center division. “Our commercial team understands power systems the way hyperscalers actually experience them: under pressure, at scale, and in the real world.”

With its expanded commercial leadership team, the company is positioned to accelerate customer adoption, deepen strategic partnerships, and support the next generation of AI-driven digital infrastructure.
