The enterprise video platform leader has made key leadership moves in 2025 in finance, revenue and marketing.
SundaySky, the premier AI-powered video platform for the enterprise, today announced the appointment of four senior executives to further accelerate the company’s growth and leadership position in the video software space. The appointments include Tammy Martin as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mark Flaharty as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), and Brendan Cournoyer as Vice President of Marketing, who have each joined the company in recent months. Dan Sylvester has also been named Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), stepping up from his previous role as SundaySky’s Sr. Vice President of Revenue.
These leadership additions continue to strengthen SundaySky’s executive team at a pivotal time as the company scales its video platform offering and deepens its investment in video personalization solutions for all the ways businesses grow.
“SundaySky is entering a period of strategic momentum, driven by innovation, customer success, and focused commercial execution,” said Marc Zionts, CEO of SundaySky. “Tammy, Mark, Brendan, and Dan bring the leadership, experience, and energy needed to execute with precision and accelerate growth across key verticals. I’m excited to welcome them to their new roles and look forward to the value they will bring to our customers, partners, and the business as a whole.”
Executive Appointments Bring Deep SaaS and Enterprise Expertise
SundaySky continues to build the most seasoned and innovative executive roster in the enterprise video software space. The enhanced leadership team adds decades of proven success in driving growth, operational excellence, and customer value across high-performing software-as-a-service (SaaS) organizations.
Tammy Martin – Chief Financial Officer
Tammy Martin brings more than 25 years of financial and strategic leadership experience across high-growth technology companies. She most recently served as CFO for Seeq, a leader in industrial analytics, AI and monitoring, where she helped the company secure $300 million over multiple funding rounds while the business grew 75x.
Martin has also held CFO and leadership roles at companies including ABCYa and Lighthouse Computer Services, where she led multiple acquisitions and successfully executed exits to IBM, UnitedHealth Group, enChoice Technologies, and IXL Learning. Her expertise in SaaS metrics, operational discipline, and capital efficiency will be instrumental as SundaySky continues to expand its product and commercial footprint.
Dan Sylvester – Chief Revenue Officer
Dan Sylvester has been promoted to CRO and will continue to lead all revenue-generating functions including new business acquisition, customer expansion and retention, customer success, and partnerships. Since joining SundaySky in 2018, Sylvester has played a key role in building enterprise relationships and scaling the revenue organization.
Sylvester previously held various sales leadership positions at PSP Sports, a company that specializes in sports publishing and advertising sales, where he managed revenue teams across five regional offices, generating over $50 million annually.
Mark Flaharty – Chief Commercial Officer
Mark Flaharty returns to SundaySky, having previously served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer in 2020. In his new role as Chief Commercial Officer, he will lead growth and operational strategies for SundaySky Advertise, the company’s personalized video advertising offering that helps enterprise brands use video to increase measurable outcomes such as sales, brand loyalty, online and in-store traffic, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
A recognized expert in the digital media ecosystem, Flaharty has previously held leadership positions at Google, Criteo, Yahoo and Glassbox. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer for Piano.io, a digital experience platform that helps businesses understand and influence customer behavior.
Brendan Cournoyer – Vice President of Marketing
Brendan Cournoyer joins SundaySky from his previous role as VP of Marketing and executive leader at Building Engines, a Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) company, the leading property management software platform for commercial real estate (CRE). While at Building Engines, he led strategies across demand generation, brand, product marketing and operations, resulting in annual pipeline increases of 53% or higher ahead of the company’s acquisition by JLL in 2021. Before then, Cournoyer served as VP of Marketing at Brainshark, a B2B sales enablement and readiness platform leader, which was acquired by BigTinCan.
For SundaySky, he now oversees all aspects of marketing, with specific emphasis on campaigns to further expand the company’s rapidly growing and highly engaged customer base.
