Everus Construction Group (NYSE: ECG) today announced that a recently filed securities class action against the company and certain of its directors and officers has been voluntarily dismissed.
As disclosed in the company’s first quarter 2025 Form 10-Q filed April 4, 2025, with the Securities and Exchange Commission, John Scofield filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York against the company on behalf of himself and a putative class seeking to recover damages for alleged violations of Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
On May 28, 2025, Scofield filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal, dismissing the case without prejudice.
