Yaka’s fascination with Artificial Intelligence began in his childhood at Internet Cafes in Ankara. "Even though I drove my older Brother crazy, I fell in love with Technology," he laughs. By predicting failures in Maintenance Processes within Turkish Industry, Yaka enhances Efficiency without disrupting Production. Additionally, by optimizing Energy Consumption through AI, he drives Cost Savings. "I strive to bring Technology to the Field and create real Value," he says.
Pioneering Steps in Energy Management
For Yaka, Energy is both a Passion and a Duty. By analyzing Auxiliary Systems in Production Facilities with AI, he reduces Environmental Impact and lowers Costs. "My Education at Harvard inspired me, but I find my way through Trial and Error in the Field," he adds. When he significantly reduced Monthly Expenses with an Energy Project, the Happiness of his Team became the greatest Reward for him.
Success Through Teamwork
Summing up his Leadership Philosophy as "Success belongs to the Team; mistakes are mine," Yaka is known for his deep appreciation for People. "During a Power Outage, we worked through the night to save the Production Line. We found the Solution through a Colleague’s Idea, and that day, I realized that Leadership is about Listening," he explains. He emphasizes that his continuous Record-Breaking Achievements are a result of strong Team Spirit: "As long as I see the Light in their Eyes, everything else follows."
