BIOPHILIC LEADERSHIP SUMMIT PROGRAMMING ANNOUNCED

April Conference Brings Together Industry Leaders Sharing Emerging Concepts in Biophilia: Awe, Neuroaesthetics, Thin Places, Mass Timber, Recharge Rooms

CHATTAHOOCHEE HILLS, GA, March 28, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Biophilic Institute is pleased to announce the 2023 agenda for the Biophilic Leadership Summit, taking place April 23-26 at The Inn at Serenbe. The Summit is hosted by global leaders in biophilia, Serenbe, The Biophilic Institute, and Biophilic Cities, providing an annual platform for the industry to gather with their peers surrounded by nature to learn about and discuss the most impactful biophilic projects, principles and research.

As the only multi-day conference entirely focused on biophilic projects, the Biophilic Leadership Summit brings together top industry thought-leaders in an intimate natural setting to network, build partnerships and learn from each other. Presentations focus on biophilic projects or research that have measurable outcomes and can be replicated at scale. From these talks, leaders discuss the best applications of biophilia to dissect the "biophilic effect" on health and wellness, sustainability and global warming and how it affects their work, policy and future developments.

"From the eclectic speakers to placemaking walking tours, forest bathing, book signings, cocktail hours, networking and more, there is nothing like the Biophilic Leadership Summit anywhere else in the world.," says Steve Nygren, Serenbe Founder. "This year's Biophilic Leadership Summit will bring together the greatest minds in biophilic design and principles for unparalleled conversation and experiences."

This year's summit is themed around "Emerging Concepts in Biophilia" featuring topics at the forefront of current research including awe, neuroaesthetics, mass timber, thin places, and more. Author Fred Dust, former Senior Partner and Global Managing Director for the design firm IDEO, will give the Sunday evening keynote address about how to have impactful, biophilic conversations.
