     On January 31, 2008, Teton Energy Corporation (the “Company”) released a slide presentation which was to be utilized in an analyst meeting being held at the Company’s corporate headquarters in Denver, Colorado the same day. A copy of the slide presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is available on the Company’s website, www.teton-energy.com under “Investor Relations.”
