On March 21, 2012 Firsthand Technology Value Fund, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the filing with the SEC an annual report on Form 10-K, which is available on the Company’s website at www.firsthandtvf.com.  The Company's press release issued March 21, 2012 is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
