On August 17, 2009, TechTarget, Inc. issued a press release announcing results for its first fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2009 and second fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2009. TechTarget is also posting a copy of its supplemental prepared remarks with respect to the completed quarters on the Investor Relations section of its website at www.techtarget.com.
