On May 15, 2012, Ellie Mae, Inc. (the Company) held its 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the Annual Meeting). At the Annual Meeting, the stockholders of the Company voted on the following four proposals, each of which is described in detail in the Companys definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 4, 2012 (the Proxy):
Proposal No. 1: Election of Directors. The following individuals were elected to the Companys Board of Directors to hold office until the 2015 annual meeting of stockholders or until their successors were elected:
