Other Events

On July 23, 2007, The Finish Line, Inc. issued a press release announcing that subject to the completion of the Company’s previously announced acquisition of Genesco Inc., Robert J. Dennis, currently Genesco’s President and Chief Operating Officer, will become President of the combined company. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
