On May 24, 2006, the Board of Directors of Key Tronic Corporation approved an increase in the bi-weekly salary of Ronald F. Klawitter, the Company’s Executive Vice President of Administration, CFO and Treasurer, from $9,523.08 to $9,903.85, effective as of May 28, 2006.
