ITEM 1.01 MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT

 

On May 13, 2005, the Board of Directors of Key Tronic Corporation 1) approved an increase in the bi-weekly salary of Craig D. Gates, the Company’s Executive Vice President and General Manager, from $9807.70 to $10,642.31, effective as of May 15, 2005, and 2) approved an increase in the bi-weekly salary of Efren R. Perez, the Company’s Vice President of Southwest Operations, from $6,730.77 to $7,307.70, effective as of May 15, 2005.
