(1) | In lieu of the Reporting Person's Q412 compensation incentive plan payout, the Reporting Person elected to receive a restricted stock unit grant. The amount of shares granted was based upon the closing value of $5.46 for RMBS common stock on February 1, 2013. One-third of the restricted stock units subject to this grant will vest annually until fully vested after three years from the award date. |
