On May 22, 2009, AltiGen Communications, Inc. issued a press release announcing the postponement of its special meeting of stockholders from May 26, 2009 to June 18, 2009.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
