America is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Sigma-Tau International S.A. ("International"). International is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Sigma-Tau Finanziaria S.p.A. ("Sigma Tau"). Claudio Cavazza directly and indirectly owns 57% of Sigma Tau. |
