On July 1, 2016, the requisite Italian Internal Dealing form was issued and made publicly available on the Company’s website at www.luxottica.com and on the storage platform at www.emarketstorage.com to disclose the transactions described below. For more information on Luxottica Group S.p.A. (the “Company”), please see the Company’s Annual Report on Form 20-F available on the Company’s website and filed with the SEC.
On June 29 and 30, 2016, Delfin S.à r.l. acquired 450,000 and 400,000 ordinary shares, respectively, of the Company. The shares were acquired in market transactions on the Milan Stock Exchange’s Mercato Telematico Azionario at an average price per share of Euro 45.6566 and 43.7332, respectively.
