Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On August 8, 2006, Keith Stentiford resigned as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and from the Board of Directors effective August 18, 2006. An Interim Chief Executive Officer has been nominated for ratification by the Board. Further announcement will be made in due course.
