Northwest Annex Construction Set to Begin in Colony Ridge

CLEVELAND, Texas - Sept. 3, 2024 - PRLog -- Colony Ridge is excited to announce the upcoming Northwest Annex, a new facility thoughtfully planned to provide valuable resources and support to our growing community. Nestled within the fast-growing neighborhoods of Colony Ridge, the Annex will be strategically located near the Santa Fe Administration and Activities Building and Cottonwood Elementary School, providing a central location for both convenience and accessibility.

The Northwest Annex will provide space for the Liberty County Sheriff's Office, Pct. 6 Constable's Office, and the Permits Department, contributing to the efficient management of the county's evolving administrative needs.This development reflects our commitment to ensuring that essential services are easily accessible to residents, reinforcing the community's infrastructure and contributing to public safety.

Construction is set to begin on October 7, 2024, with a ceremonial groundbreaking event to follow on October 8 at 1 p.m. The ceremony will be held at the project site on CR 3549 in the Colony Ridge Community, next to the Santa Fe Administration and Activities Building and close to Cottonwood Elementary School. This project is supported by a land donation from Colony Ridge, reflecting our commitment to enhancing the services available to the Liberty County community.

As the first facility of its kind in Colony Ridge, the Northwest Annex represents a significant addition to Liberty County's public infrastructure, complementing the existing network of facilities in Cleveland, Liberty, and Dayton. This new development will play a vital role in supporting the ongoing progress of our community, helping us continue to meet the needs of our residents as we grow together.
