“I was hired as a web developer at Townsquare Interactive in Ballantyne back in 2013,” Reinhart reflected. “At the time they hired me, we had around 55 employees with 30 of those on the service side of the business. When I left Townsquare in 2016, we had over 200 employees.”
This rapid growth was aided by Reinhart’s reimagining of Townsquare’s delivery strategy along with launching the company’s first design and development team. Reinhart also helmed the service department as the operations director and digital products director. This role allowed him to create the strategy for web design, content, and SEO.
“Operating on the same platforms and strategies implemented during my time with the company, Townsquare Interactive is now one of the more prominent marketing agencies in Charlotte with over 650 employees,” said Reinhart.
But Reinhart wasn’t finished shaping the Charlotte marketing industry quite yet: After leaving his position at Townsquare Interactive, he became the SEO director for StraightNorth — one of the top five SEO agencies in the United States. While at StraightNorth, Reinhart pioneered and remapped SEO strategy to be more engaging while training new employees and analysts on SEO best practices.
“Working at StraightNorth gave me the opportunity to work on larger and more successful SEO campaigns at a national level,” explained Reinhart. “My experiences working with top marketing and SEO agencies has been the biggest asset to my clients at Signature W Studio.”
