Choice Hotels buys St. Louis Park's Radisson Hotel Group Americas in $675 million deal

One of the world's largest hotel franchisors, Choice Hotels International Inc. (NYSE: CHH), announce this week that it will acquire St. Louis Park-based Radisson Hotel Group Americas in a deal worth $675 million.
