Dallas-Fort Worth workers trail national average in economic productivity, analysis finds

Dallas-Fort Worth workers have a reputation for high productivity. But a new analysis of which U.S. locations generate the most economic productivity per worker shows DFW employees lag the national average and large metro areas including San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Houston and Austin in gross domestic product per worker.
