Rexnord, Regal Beloit set closing date for $3.7 billion spinoff

Rexnord Corp. and Regal Beloit Corp. said they anticipate closing on Oct. 4 the spinoff of Rexnord’s legacy industrial business to Regal Beloit in a transaction valued at $3.7 billion.
