The newly launched updated takeout and delivery service is available at both locations on Drake Road and East Harmony Road. Pulcinella Pizzeria has earned a strong reputation in Colorado for its hearty and delicious food and has been serving the community for more than 25 years. The company ranked second in NOCO Style Magazine’s best in Northern Colorado pizza category.
The restaurant offers a number of specialty Neapolitan pizzas. Among the specialty pizzas available for purchase are campagnola, king, capriccioso, stella, stromboli, diavola, Hawaiian, and veggie. The restaurant also offers margherita, gourmet spinach, fantastico, al fresco, pesto, and four cheese pizzas.
A popular choice is the restaurant’s double-crusted pepperoni pizza. The pizza comes with mozzarella, double pepperoni, and crumbled meatballs, as well as ricotta with a garlic cheese bread crust. Another top-selling pizza is the restaurant’s king pizza. The pizza comes with mozzarella, pepperoni, pizza sauce, sausage, onions, mushrooms, green peppers, Canadian bacon, black olives, banana peppers, and marinated tomatoes.
The restaurant prepares pizzas in small, medium, and large sizes and slices can also be ordered. Half-and-half pizzas can be ordered but must have the same pizza sauce and cheese and the cost will be based on the value of the higher-priced half.
In addition to pizza, the restaurant also offers calzones. The restaurant’s calzones include the same toppings as their matching pizza. Additional toppings may be added at a cost of $1. Additionally, the restaurant offers baked pasta, subs, salads, drinks, and desserts. Its appetizers include garlic cheese strips, breadsticks, pizza rolls, and wings.
