Audax Private Debt Provides Financing to Support True Wind Capital’s Investment in AIA Contract Documents

Audax Private Debt announced that, as Agent and Sole Lead arranger, it provided a unitranche debt financing to support the investment in AIA Contract Documents (the “Company” or “ACD”) by True Wind Capital Management, a San Francisco-based private equity firm focused on investing in leading technology companies.
