Seward & Kissel to Host Private Funds Forum on Eve of Historic Election

For five consecutive years, Seward & Kissel has convened a fall forum for the investment management community addressing timely legal and business considerations that are top of mind for their clients. Taking place the week before the U.S. elections and in the midst of a pandemic, Seward & Kissel’s Sixth Annual Private Funds Forum will explore the unprecedented challenges and opportunities facing the investment management industry at this unique moment.
