Associated Agencies, Inc. Acquires Bensman Risk Management, Inc. and Bensman Associates, Ltd.

Associated Agencies, Inc., a privately held insurance and risk management firm based in Rolling Meadows, Ill., today announced the acquisition of Bensman Risk Management, Inc. and Bensman Associates, Ltd. (The Bensman Group), a Bannockburn, Ill.-based insurance, risk management and strategic planning firm led by CEO Bob Bensman.
