Avamere at Seaside Opens Newly Renovated Independent Living

Avamere at Seaside, an independent living and memory care community at the Oregon coast, opened its newly renovated independent living area on Sept. 1, 2020. 

Renovations include new exciting amenities like a bistro with a soda fountain, a gym, a theater room, new furniture and décor, and an in-house restaurant, The Sandpiper.  

“We are thrilled to welcome residents to enjoy their retirement in our newly remodeled independent living community," stated Sarah McBride, Executive Director of Avamere at Seaside. "Here, we offer amenities and activities to enhance the life of every person we serve." 

Seniors who move to Avamere at Seaside as one of the first independent living residents will become a member of the Founder’s Club and earn several enticing benefits, including moving costs covered up to $1,000 and rent locked in for two years. 

As part of this inaugural group, residents can share ideas and feedback about Avamere at Seaside’s amenities and activities for all residents to enjoy.
