Avamere Rehabilitation of Eugene DNS Earns Nurse Leader Award

The Oregon Health Care Association awarded Margaret Silebi, Director of Nursing Services at Avamere Rehabilitation of Eugene, with the Nurse Leader Award for skilled nursing care.  

“I am honored to receive this award for my work as a nurse and leader,” Silebi shared. “Here at Avamere, we care deeply about our patients and their experience with us. This award is a reflection of the team I work with and demonstrates their dedication and commitment to quality care.” 

According to the OHCA, this awards program honors healthcare professionals, residents, volunteers, and business partners for outstanding service to Oregon’s long-term care and community-based care residents and patients.

The OHCA honors award winners at its annual convention. This year is the first-ever online convention experience by OHCA. The association will livestream an awards ceremony recognizing award winners, including Silebi, on Sept. 16 at 10 a.m. Pacific Time.
