Chicago, IL – Many people talk about the change thats needed in underrepresented communities but Chicago power couple and founders of Ignite Technology and Innovation are doing the work to see change happen.
Founder Tracy Powell has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, while his wife and Cofounder Nikki Bravo serves as executive director bringing more than 20 years of experience in the public sector and non profit management. Both are laser focused on economic empowerment in under resourced communities. To date, they have opened two affordable Co-working spaces with member benefits inclusive of office space, technology solutions, benefits, and educational programs for youth and adults.
1. Ignites Entrepreneurs Initiative:
In partnership with The Lonely Entrepreneur, Ignites Entrepreneur Initiative is positioned to provide over 5,000 Chicago entrepreneurs access to the knowledge, tools and support they need to start or grow their business.
2. Blue Fund Rewards:
Entrepreneurs have an opportunity to raise money for their businesses and or startups utilizing the Blue Fund Rewards crowdfunding platform. The platform seeks to reach businesses, organizations and individuals that will contribute to the economic development of under resourced communities.
3. The Blue Lacuna:
Affordable Coworking space located in the heart of Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood. Membership is inclusive of entrepreneurial mentorship, Technology solutions, Heath benefits, educational classes for youth and adults, event space and more.
4. Momentum Coffee:
South Loop’s first affordable Coworking space that doubles as a coffee shop to the community. Membership is inclusive of entrepreneurial mentorship, Technology solutions, Heath benefits, educational classes for youth and adults, event space and more!
