Hotel One Sixty-Six required a PMS that offered the simplicity of a SaaS solution with the ability to improve the guest journey throughout the property. The addition of rGuest Pay ensures secure guest payment transactions and seamless integration to rGuest Stay.
Located in downtown Chicago, Hotel One Sixty-Six embodies a modern upscale boutique hotel experience with an irreplaceable location adjacent to the most famous street in the city, Michigan Avenue. The property offers 216 newly renovated over-sized guestrooms and suites, and over 2,700 SF of meeting and event space. The location is a gateway to a vast array of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, with scenic walks to a thriving theater district and Lake Michigan's parks and beaches.
