On December 2, 2019, Brooks disclosed that it could not timely file its fiscal 2019 annual report due to a review of revenue recognition. The review was focused on the timing of revenue recognition with respect to product shipped from one of the Company's contract manufacturers within the Company's Semiconductor Solutions Group.
