FCPT Announces Acquisition of PNC Bank Property for $1.5 Million

Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE:FCPT), a real estate investment trust primarily engaged in the ownership of high-quality, net-leased restaurant properties (“FCPT” or the “Company”), closed on the purchase of a PNC Bank property for $1.5 million. The property is located in Michigan, is leased to the corporate operator under a triple-net ground lease with approximately 5 years of term remaining and has high deposits according to the FDIC. The transaction was priced at a 6.7% going-in cash cap rate, exclusive of transaction costs.
