Euronext confirms talks with BME regarding potential offer

The pan-European exchange Euronext NV confirmed Monday that it is in talks with Bolsas y Mercados Espanoles Sociedad Holding de Mercados y Sistemas Financieros regarding a potential offer for the Spanish stock-exchange company, confirming recent speculation.
