Imperial Oil ramping up crude by rail shipments after pipeline outage

Imperial Oil Ltd is increasing shipments of Canadian crude by rail, after the recent Keystone pipeline outage created more favorable economics, Chief Executive Rich Kruger said on Tuesday.
