Cummins Inc. Declares Quarterly Common Stock Dividend

The Board of Directors of Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) today declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of 1.311 dollars per share, payable on December 2, 2019, to shareholders of record on November 14, 2019.
