S.C. Johnson buying Sun Bum brand of personal care products

Racine-based SC Johnson, the $10 billion privately held maker of consumer products like Windex, Glade and Drano, called Sun Bum a "fast-growing brand" that also produces hair care, lip care and other sun protection products.
