DocuSign Prepares to Beat Rival Adobe

DocuSign’s revenues grew 37% over the year to $214 million, ahead of the market’s estimates of $201.5 million. Net loss was $46 million, or $0.27 per share compared with a loss of $271 million, or $7.46 a share a year ago.
