Vancouver, BC / TheNewswire / December 14, 2018 - SOLARVEST BIOENERGY INC. (TSX-V:SVS) ("Solarvest" or the "Company"), announces that it has received an extension from the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") with respect to the duration of its private placement announced on November 1, 2018. As a result, subject to regulatory approval, the closing date will now be on or about January 16, 2019.
