Mrs. Madzhova brings over 16 years of experience in contract management and negotiations, mergers and acquisitions and as an advisor on regulatory issues. She was senior legal advisor at Serdika Center Sofia, Bulgaria (Mall Serdika), and Legal Advisor in the Regulatory Department of major Bulgarian telecommunications company Mobiltel EAD.
Mrs. Madzhova received her master's degree in Bulgarian Law from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" in Bulgaria and a master's degree in European Law from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universitat, Munich, Germany.
